Solutions

Ventilation and air quality

Our customized confined space ventilation systems, advanced dust and particle filtration equipment and the unmatched expertise of our ventilation technicians ensures your team operates at maximum productivity. Our onsite technicians monitor, maintain and modify systems as the work progresses. This means that as the needs of your project change, we are there to adjust your ventilation system with it.

General ventilation

Our general ventilation solutions reduce the concentration of airborne hazards through the process of dilution. General ventilation requires higher air flow requirements per worker and is ideally suited for use in a wide variety of industries including oil and gas, pulp and paper and mining.

General ventilation projects use a variety of different technologies including fans and blowers with an air flow of 600 to 12,500 CFM.

Localized ventilation

Our localized ventilation solutions reduce the concentration of airborne hazards through the process of removal. Localized ventilation requires lower air flow requirements per worker and is ideally suited for use in the oil and gas, pulp and paper as well as mining industries.

Localized ventilation projects use a variety of different technologies including fans and blowers with an air flow of 600 to 12,500 CFM.

Dust collection

Our dust collection systems limit the presence and effects of dust in the workplace through the process of capturing and filtering. Manufacturing and shutdown processes generate a range of harmful particles that accumulate on surfaces and have toxic and irritating effects. We have the solution.

What are the benefits of dust collection?

  • Improved visibility
  • Fewer injuries
  • Greater control over exposure limits to welding and gouging processes
  • Reduced air contamination
  • Reduced health risk for workers
  • Fewer outages due to poor air quality

Target projects

Dust collection has many applications as dust occurs at most industrial worksites. Industries that can benefit from dust collection include oil and gas, mining, pulp and paper, concrete production and construction.

Technology

dc5
DC5 Dust Collector, our most popular dust collector

Weight: 1750 lbs
Dimensions: 5’3” x 2’10” x 7’2”
Our DC5 Dust Collector uses Merv 11 filters, rated 99.995% efficient on 0.5 micron diameter particles.

hepa-filtration
HEPA Filtration

Our highly effective filters using Merv 17 HEPA filters, rated >99.97% efficient on 0.3 micron diameter particles.

Our other dust collectors include DC2, DC4 and DC6.

Ventilation plans

Our ventilation plans include a site visit and walkdown, 3D model of specific site and vessel and a to-scale ventilation plan illustrating systems in place.

Remote confined space monitoring (RCSM) integration

Proveo’s ventilation and air quality control services can be integrated into our RCSM technology using an anemometer. This means that our technicians can monitor and continuously adjust the ventilation and air conditions in your confined space, keeping your people safe and creating a healthier and more productive workspace.
