Shell, Fall 2023

Proveo was entrusted by Shell Scotford to facilitate Remote Confined Space Monitoring (RCSM) and ventilation services for the Spring 2023 Event. This was Proveo’s second project and first major TA at Shell Scotford.

Challenge: Looking to improve on and increase our ability to provide confined space safety solution, and operational excellence. 

Action: During the Spring Event our RCSM technology was applied to 32 confined spaces.

Result:

• Overall cost savings vs traditional confined space management: 16.2%
• Reduced risk exposure hours for personnel: 4,444 hours

Takeaway: Our confined space management systems can be seamlessly integrated into any job site, and our team was prepared and capable of facilitating setup without any harm to personnel, equipment, or the environment, thanks to our meticulous approach.
