Multi-Business RCSM Project, 2019

Proveo was brought up to operate Remote Confined Space Monitoring (RCSM) technology simultaneously in multiple business units on one site.

Challenge: Proveo needed to implement improvements to this project in order to in accommodate the multiple business units.

Action: This project included several improvements including the development of a dedicated Site Business Manager, a local workforce of 75%, to our longest network infrastructure to date.

Result:

• Overall cost savings vs traditional confined space management: 34.20%
• Reduced risk exposure hours for personnel: 25,694 hours

Takeaway: Proveo’s confined space management can be scaled to accommodate projects of all sizes.
